| 摘 要： | 目的通过测定ACS患者血清sCD40L水平的变化,探讨氯吡格雷治疗对ACS患者PCI前后血清sCD40L水平的影响,及施行PCI术本身对患者血清sCD40L水平的影响。方法80例诊断为急性冠脉综合征的患者,采用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法测定未服氯吡格雷前、服用氯吡格雷后PCI术前、术后第1天、术后第5天的血清sCD40L水平。所有患者均接受规范的抗缺血治疗。结果急性冠脉综合征患者未服氯吡格雷前血清sCD40L水平为(17.47±2.69)ng/ml,显著高于服用氯吡格雷后PCI术前(13.83±2.69)ng/m(lP<0.05)。术后第1天(19.05±3.05)ng/ml显著高于服用氯吡格雷后PCI术前(13.83±2.69)ng/m(lP<0.05)。术后第5天(9.45±2.37)ng/ml显著低于术后第1天(19.05±3.05)ng/m(lP<0.05)。结论早期服用氯吡格雷可显著降低急性冠脉综合征患者血清sCD40L水平。
