宫腔内人工授精治疗男性因素不孕881例疗效观察

目的 :探讨宫腔内人工授精 (IUI)对男性因素引起不孕的疗效。方法 :对男性因素引起的不孕症患者 881例按自愿选择原则分 3组进行治疗。A组为自然周期的卵泡成熟后采用IUI治疗 ;B组为采用超促排卵 (COH)治疗 ,卵泡成熟后采用IUI治疗 ;C组为采用COH治疗 ,卵泡成熟后指导性生活。结果 :A、B两组间妊娠率无显著性差异 (P>0 0 5 ) ;而A、B两组与C组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :男性因素引起的不孕可采用IUI治疗 ,COH未能提高男性因素不孕的妊娠率

The Observation on the Intrauterine Insemination Effect among 881 Cases with Infertility Caused by men

Objective: To study the curative effect of curing infertility by men in the intrauterine insemination (IUI). Methods:The male patients were divided into three groups according to the cause of the infertility. In group A, when the eggs ripe in natural period, IUI was used. In group B, Controlled Ovarian Hyperstimulation (COH) was used first for women, and after the eggs were ripe, IUI was used. In group C, COH was used for women, and only when eggs were ripe, could husband and wife had sexual intercourse. Result:There was no significant difference between group A and B (P>0.05), while both group A and B were significantly different from group C (P<0.001).Conclusion:IUI can be used to cure the infertility caused by men, but COH cannot increase the pregnancy rate.
