中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎临床护理与效果

目的：急性胰腺炎是外科临床中较为常见的病症之一。随着医学的发展，抗生素、生长抑素等的应用，虽然治愈率有所提高，但至今仍伴有较多的并发症及一定数量的死亡率。方法：本研究观察了56例急性胰腺炎患者，其中33例，采用通里攻下中西医结合的治疗方法，并根据中西医结合的特点．采取相应的护理方法，对照组23例，不用中药，采用常规的治疗和护理方法。结果：表明术后采用中药的治疗组，不仅血淀粉酶、体温、肠功能等恢复的快(P＜0．01)，还可减少抗生素用量．节约住院费用。结论：从而说明中西医结合方法与相应的护理配合是治疗急性胰腺炎有效、可行的方法之一。

Nursing care of integrated traditional and western medicine in treatment of acute pancreatitis

Objective: Acute pancreatitis is the common disease in clinical. With the development of medicine and the applications of antibiotics and somatostain, the cure rate of acute pancreatitis is increased, but many complication and higher mortality still exist. Method: Our study include 56 acute pancteatitis is patients. 33 patients was adopted the remedy of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine. According to the features of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine, corresponding nursing method was adopted. The control group includes 23 patients, which was adopted the conventional therapy and nursing.Results: Not only the blood amylase, temperature, intestinal functions etc of all patients adopted traditional medicine were recovered quickly, but antibiotics can be reduced and expenses were saved on. Conclusions: Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine with corresponding nursing method is one of the effective and feasible methods to cure acute pancreatitis.
