先天性鼻正中瘘管伴感染7例报道

目的探讨先天性鼻正中瘘管的诊断和手术治疗。方法分析总结诊治的先天性鼻正中瘘管患者7例临床资料。结果7例先天性鼻正中瘘管均表现为出生后鼻梁正中或鼻背有一小孔或凹陷，其中4例并发感染。7例患者均采用瘘管及感染灶切除，术后病理证实为鼻正中瘘管。所有患者一次性治愈，无复发。结论先天性鼻正中瘘管可位于鼻正中线任何部位，不发生感染极易漏诊；该疾病需手术治疗，采取鼻外途径，彻底清除瘘管及感染灶是防止复发的关键。

Congenital Nasal Midline Fistulas with Infection : A Report of Seven Cases

Objective To explore the diagnosis and surgical treatment of congenital nasal midline fistulas with infection. Methods To analyze the clinical data of seven cases with congenital nasal midline fistula.
