| 摘 要： | 目的了解咸宁市正常人群及血吸虫疫区人群乙肝病毒(HBV)基因型分布状态。方法取正常体检人员和血吸虫疫区例行体检人员中筛选出的HBsAg阳性携带者血清,用槽式PCR技术进行乙肝病毒基因分型检测。结果 86份HBsAg阳性血清标本(正常和血吸虫疫区人群分别43例)中检出B型69份(80.23%)、BC型10份(11.62%)、C型4份(4.65%)。结论咸宁地区正常人群感染HBV基因型均为B型,血吸虫疫区人群感染HBV基因型以B型为主,其次为C型、BC混合感染型。 |
