医疗纠纷后医务人员心理健康状况调查

目的了解医疗纠纷对医务工作者心理健康的影响，从而提高医务工作者的心理健康水平、工作效率．为患者提供更好的医疗服务。方法运用症状自评量表（SCL一90）对吉林市200名医务人员进行问卷调查。结果纠纷组的医务人员在人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对等因子上积分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论医疗纠纷对医务人员心理健康有明显的负面影响，经历医疗纠纷容易产生心理危机，需要对其进行心理干预，同时医疗机构也应加强管理从预防和科学处理两方面使医疗纠纷对医务人员、医疗机构以及患者的危害达到最小。

Investigation of mental health status on medical staffs undergoing medical disputes

Objective To investigate the effects that medical disputes have on medical workers′ mental heath,so as to enhance their level of mental health and work efficiency and provide better medical services for patients.Methods SCL-90 was adopted to investigate 200 medical staffs in Jinlin City.Results Interpersonal sensitization,depression,anxiety and hostility of medical staffs that had experienced medical disputes were higher significantly than those of the control group who hadn’t experienced medical dispute.Conclusions Apparently,medical disputes have negative effects on medical staffs′ mental health.Psychological crisis often occur in medical staffs that had experienced medical disputes(P < 0.05).It′s essential to provide those medical workers who experienced medical disputes psychological intervention.Moreover,it′s practical for medical institutions to strengthen their administration in order to make the harm that medical disputes do to medical workers,medical institutions and patients minimization.
