喂养方式与6～9个月婴儿贫血状况分析

目的探讨婴儿期喂养方式不同与婴儿贫血的关系，以改进喂养方法，预防贫血。方法将250例婴儿根据喂养方式不同（4个月内）分为完全母乳喂养组、人工喂养组和部分母乳喂养组，6-9个月筛查血红蛋白。结果6-9个月婴儿人工喂养组贫血检出率为9．7％，明显低于母乳喂养组（45．9％）和部分母乳喂养组（33．3％），三种喂养方式之间比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论应加强对母乳喂养婴儿的营养指导。

Analysis of different feeding patterns and anemia in infants from 6 to 9 months

Objective To investigate the relationship between the feeding patterns and anemia of infants.Methods According to the feeding patterns,195 infants were divided into complete breast-feeding group,artificial feeding group and incomplete breast-feeding group.Hemoglobin levels were determined in the infants at the age of 6 to 9 months.Results The incidence of anemia of infants from 6 to 9 months was 9.7% in the artificial feeding group,significantly lower than that of the complete breast-feeding group(45.9%) and incomplete breast-feeding group(33.3%),with the difference being very significant among the three groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion Nutritional instruction is necessary for the breast-feeding infants.
