脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者的循证护理

目的探讨脑卒中后吞咽障碍的最佳护理措施。方法选择本院神经内科2009年3月～2010年3月收治的30例脑卒中患者,其中,男25例,女5例,运用循证护理理论,查找国内相关资料,寻找有关脑卒中后吞咽困难的最佳护理方案,并应用于脑卒中后吞咽障碍的护理实践中。结果对患者实施循证护理后,21例吞咽障碍基本消失,营养状况良好,无并发症;9例饮水实验提高1～2级,营养状况良好。结论有效的康复护理训练,使吞咽障碍的发生减少到最低,同时对吞咽功能的恢复起到至关重要的作用。循证护理为临床护理实践中的决策提供了可靠的科学依据,满足了患者的要求,同时提高了护理人员的业务素质和技术水平。

Evidence-based nursing on the patients with aphetite disorder after stroke

Objective To discuss the best nursing intervention on the patients with aphetite disorder after stroke.Methods Thirty patients with stroke in the department of neurologic of our hospital from March 2009 to March 2010 were selected,there were 25 males and 5 females in the patients,and the evidence-based nursing theory was used,the domestic related material was found,in order to look for the stroke the nursing intervention after difficulty swallowing,which was applied to nursing practice of aphetite disorder after stroke.Results After implementation of evidence-based nursing,21 cases of aphetite disorder largely disappear,whose nutrition in good condition,and there was no complication;drinking water experiment of 9 cases increased 1-2 levels,whose nutrition in good condition.Conclusion Effective rehabilitation care training can reduce aphetite disorder,which play a crucial role to the recovery of aphetite disorder at the same time.Evidence-based nursing provide a reliable science basis for the decision of clinical nursing practice,which meet the requirements of patients,while improving the nursing staff’s service quality and technology level.
