妊娠期糖尿病结局的分析

目的探讨本院妊娠期糖尿病患者临床结局。方法将2008年1月～2011年12月150例妊娠期糖尿病患者列人对照组．未采用专门性的针对妊娠期糖尿病的临床预防办法，仅进行胰岛素应用；2008年1月～2011年12月150例列入研究组，采用专门针对于糖尿病患者的临床治疗与预防。结果研究组患者妊娠高血压综合征、羊水过多、胎膜早破、巨大儿、剖宫产、产后出血、产褥感染、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息、流产、早产发生率明显低于对照组，数据经统计学比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者的临床结局较差，产妇在妊娠过程中易发生各类并发症，易出现早产、流产等，多数患者需进行剖宫产，而胎儿也可能出现宫内窘迫或新生儿窒息等，应做好相应的预防和治疗工作，尤其控制患者血糖变化，减少妊娠期并发症发生。

Analysis of gestational diabetes outcomes

Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of hospital patients with gestational diabetes.Methods One hundred and fifty cases of gestational diabetes from January 2008 to December 2011 included in the control group,did not use specialized clinical preventive approach for gestational diabetes,insulin application only;150 cases from January 2008 to December 2011 were included in the study group,specifically in diabetic patients with clinical treatment and prevention.Results The study group patients induced hypertension,polyhydramnios,premature rupture of membranes,macrosomia,cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,puerperal infection,fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia,miscarriage,premature delivery were significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Conclusion The clinical outcome of gestational diabetes in patients with poor maternal prone to all kinds of complications during pregnancy,childbirth prone to premature birth,abortion,the majority of patients need a cesarean section,while the fetus is also possible fetal distress or neonatalchildren choke,etc.,the prevention and treatment efforts should be prepared,especially blood glucose changes should be controlled to reduce the incidence of pregnancy complications.
