布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效分析

目的探讨雾化吸人布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法以本院收治的88例小儿肺炎患者为观察对象，将其随机分为治疗组及对照组各44例。两组均给予常规内科综合治疗及对症处理，治疗组在此基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，观察并对比两组相关临床症状消失时间及疗效。结果治疗1周后，治疗组治愈率为56．82％，总有效率为90．91％，对照组治愈率为22．73％，总有效率为62．36％，治疗组治愈率和总有效率均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组患者气喘缓解时间、退热时间、湿哕音消失时间及住院时间明显短于对照组。差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在常规综合治疗基础上，雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎疗效显著，明显优于单纯常规综合治疗。

Clinical efficacy analysis of budesonide inhalation therapy in children with pneumonia CHEN Shihua

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aerosol inhaled budesonide in children with pneumonia. Methods Eighty-eight cases of patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 44 cases each. The two groups were given conventional medical treatment and symptomatic treatment, patients of the treatment group were given budesonide inhalation therapy on the basis of the observation group, the clinical symptoms disappear time and efficacy of the two groups were compared after treatment. Results After one week of treatment, the cure rate and the total effective rate of treatment group was 56.82% and 90.91%, while the control group were 22.73% and 62.36% in turn, and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of cure rate and total effective rate (P < 0.05). The asthma remission time, fever clearance time, wet rales disappeared time and hospitalization time of observation group were significantly less than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion On the basis of the conventional treatment, atomization inhalation of budesonide is significantly better than that of single conventional therapy in treatment of children with pneumonia.
