氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪治疗老年性高血压疗效观察

摘    要:目的观察氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪对老年性原发性高血压的治疗疗效。方法 120例老年原发性高血压患者口服氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片(氯沙坦钾50mg,氢氯噻嗪12.5mg)1片,晨服,1d1次,观察2周,随访1个月;观察用药期间血压、血糖、血脂、血尿酸、血钾、肝肾功能以及不良反应。结果患者服用氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片1周后,收缩压和舒张压开始下降,治疗前、后血压值比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),在1、2级高血压患者中、高钠饮食的患者中效果最明显,而且无明显的不良反应发生。结论氯沙坦钾氢氯噻嗪片治疗效果确切,能平稳降低老年人高血压,安全性高,服药简单方便,患者依从性好,不良反应少。

Observation of curative effect on Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile hypertension

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect of Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods One hundred and twenty elderly patients with essential hypertension were given Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide(Losartan Potassium 50 mg,Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg) one pill,once a day,morning intake,once a day,they were observed for two weeks and followed up for a month;the blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids,blood uric acid,potassium,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions during the treatment were observed.Results After taking Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide for one week,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure began to decrease and there was statistically significant difference of the blood pressure before and after treatment(P < 0.05).Among the patients with hypertension of grade one and two,the patients with high-sodium diet had the most obvious effects and had no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Losartan Potassium and Hydrochlorothiazide has an exact curative effect,which can reduce hypertension of elderly patients smoothly,and it is of high security,easy to take,and with good compliance and fewer adverse reactions.
