降酶汤联合肝病治疗仪治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床观察

目的观察降酶汤联合肝病治疗仪治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将345例患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用降酶汤和肝病治疗仪肝区照射,观察治疗前后患者临床症状、肝功能指标水平的变化。结果观察组患者ALT、AST指标显著降低,TBIL指标降低,ALB升高,临床症状明显好转。结论降酶汤、肝病治疗仪联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎能够较快改善临床症状,恢复肝功能,促进肝病的康复。

Clinical observation of Jiangmei soup combined with liver enzymes instrument in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To observe the effect of Jiangmei soup combined with liver enzymes instrument in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods Three hundred and forty five cases with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional drug,and on the basis of this,the observation group was treated with Jiangmei soup and were liver disease therapy instrument.The clinical symptoms and the liver function indexes were observed before and after the treatment.Results The levels of ALT,AST,TBIL of the patients in the observation group reduced significantly,but the levels of ALB had increased,and the clinical symptoms improved significantly.Conclusion The treatment of Jiangmei soup combined with liver disease therapy instrument can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,recover the liver function and promote the rehabilitation of liver disease.
