我院110份药品不良反应报告分析

目的回顾性分析本院近3年来110例药物不良反应的报告，观察其特点，为进一步降低不良反应的发生率提供依据。方法采用回顾性分类统计，对110份ADR报告就患者年龄与性别分布、用药途径、药品类别、累及的器官系统以及临床表现进行统计评价。结果年龄分布上，61岁以上患者最多，占32．7％；不同给药途径中，静脉滴注给药的ADR发生率最高，占91．8％；在引发ADR的各类药品中，抗菌药物引发的ADR最多，占41．1％。结论ADR的发生率与患者的年龄、用药途径和频率密切相关，应加强严重ADR的监测工作。

Analysis of 110 reports of adverse drug reactions in our hospital

Objective To study the adverse drug reaction(ADR) reports of 110 cases in our hospital last 3 years,observe characteristics,and provide evidence to the reduction of the incidence of ADR.Methods Age and sex distribution,route of administration,drug category,affected organ systems and clinical performance of 110 ADR reports were retrospectively analyzed.Results Patients over 61 years had a higher incidence of ADR,accounting for 32.7%;intravenous infusion administration had a higher incidence of ADR than the other routes of administration,accounting for 91.8%;ADR occurred most in antimicrobial agents,accounting for 41.1%.Conclusion The incidence of ADR are closely related with the patients′ age,route of administration and frequency.The monitoring of serious ADR should be strengthened.
