高压氧治疗21例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效观察及护理

目的探讨高压氧（HB0）治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）的疗效及护理。方法将足月新生儿HIE42例随机分为两组，观察组21例在常规治疗的基础上配合HBO治疗，对照组21例只进行常规治疗，分别观察两组HIE患儿的意识清醒、惊厥控制、颅内高压消失、肌张力恢复时间变化及疗效。结果观察组HIE患儿的疗效明显优于对照组，且观察组HIE患儿意识、惊厥、肌张力、原始反射等恢复正常时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论在常规药物治疗的基础上，配合HBO治疗对HIE患儿临床症状、体征的恢复均有显著的效果。

Observation and nursing of the hyperbaric oxygen treatment for 21 neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy

Objective To discuss the curative effect and nursing of the hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) treatment for neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods Forty two full-term newborns with HIE were randomly divided into two groups,21 cases in the observation group were treated by the HBO therapy on the basis of the routine treatment,and 21 cases in the control group were only treated by the routine treatment,and the conscious,seizure control,intracranial hypertension disappeared,muscle tension changes of recovery time and curative effect of the two groups were observed.Results The curative effects of the HIE neonates in the observation group was obviously better than the control group,and the consciousness,convulsions,muscle tone,primitive reflexes such as the recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion On the basis of the routine drug,combined with the HBO therapy,HIE neonates can get the significant effect on the recovery of clinical symptoms and signs.
