米非司酮、米索前列醇与利多卡因在绝经后妇女取器术前用药的效果比较

目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇和利多卡因两种用药方案用于绝经后妇女宫内节育器（intrauterinede-vice,IUD）取出术的术前效果比较。方法将122例自愿要求取出宫内节育器（简称取器）的绝经后妇女随机分为A、B两组,于术前分别给予米非司酮配伍米索前列醇和利多卡因,观察手术对象宫颈软化、扩张程度等指标,评价两种用药方案的效果。结果米非司酮配伍米索前列醇组对象的宫颈软化程度最好,均顺利取器,手术时间短,出血少;利多卡因组次之,部分取器困难,宫口扩张不好、手术时间长、出血量较多,两组成功率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后取器,可提高手术成功率,减轻手术痛苦,且安全、有效、副反应少,可作为绝经后妇女取器的术前首选用药。

The effect comparison of preoperative medication of Mifepristone, Misoprostol and Lidocaine for women with removal of IUD in postmenopausal

Objective To investigate the effect comparison of preoperative medication of two therapeutic schemes of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol and Lidocaine for women with removal of IUD in postmenopausal. Methods One hundred and twenty-two women with removal of IUD in postmenopausal (referred to as the prefetcher) voluntarily were randomly divided into two groups of A and B. They were given Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol and Lidocaine respectively before operation. The index of cervical softening and expansion degree of the operation object were observd, the effect of two therapeutic schemes were evaluated. Results The degree of cervical softening in the groups of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol was the best, and were all successful for taking device with shorter operation time, less bleeding; the Lidocaine group was less, and the part of it was difficult for taking device, cervical expansion was not good with longer operation time, more bleeding, the success rates of two group had significant differences statistically (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol used in postmenopausal with removal of IUD, can improve the success rate of operation, reduce the operation pain, and it is safe, effective, less side reaction, which can be used as preoperative first medication for women with removal of IUD in postmenopausal.
