64排螺旋CT在胸腰段爆裂骨折中的诊断价值

目的探讨64排螺旋CT在胸腰段爆裂骨折中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析45例胸腰段骨折患者的64排螺旋CT影像资料。结果 45例患者均有椎体爆裂骨折,其中胸椎骨折14例,腰椎骨折25例,胸腰椎骨折6例。而胸腰椎骨折中,胸腰椎均爆裂骨折者2例,一节爆裂骨折另一节为单纯楔形压缩骨折者4例。45例患者中,以L1骨折最多见,有25例。骨折累及前中柱者20个椎节,累及前中后柱者27个椎节。结论 64排螺旋CT及三维重建在胸腰段爆裂骨折诊断中有重要价值。

The value of 64-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of thoracolumbar burst fracture

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT scan used in thoracolumbar burst fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in 45 patients with image data of 64-slice spiral CT thoracolumbar fractures. Results Forty-five patients all had vertebral burst fractures, 14 cases had thoracic fractures, lumbar fractures 25 cases, thoracolumbar fracture 6 cases. Among all the lumbar fractures, 2 cases were thoracic and lumbar burst fractures, 4 cases had one section burst fracture and another section simple wedge compression fractures. Among 45 patients, the most commonly seen fractures were L1 fractures, totally 25 cases. Fractures involving the anterior column were 20 vertebrae, involving the front posterior column were 27 vertebrae. Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT and three-dimensional reconstruction has significant value in thoracolumbar burst fracture diagnosis.
