甲状腺功能亢进症87例外科治疗的临床分析

目的探讨甲状腺功能亢进症手术效果及术后并发症的防治。方法选择87例甲状腺功能亢进症行甲状腺次全切术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组无一例死亡，均治愈出院。术后出现并发症6例，其中呼吸困难2例，声音嘶哑1例，暂时性甲状旁腺功能低下1例，切口出血1例，随访5个月～3年，有1例患者的T3、T4偏低。结论甲状腺功能亢进外科手术治疗是最佳的方法，术前的精心准备、术中的规范细致操作及术后细心观察，可以降低手术并发症．提高手术成功率。

Clinical analysis of 87 patients with hyperthyroidism by surgical treatment

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperthyroidism operation and postoperative complications.Methods The clinical data of 87 patients with hyperthyroidism which were treated by subtotal thyroidectomy was retrospectively analyzed.Results No case was died in this group,all patients were cured and discharged.Postoperative complications occurred in 6 cases,including 2 cases were dyspnea,1 case was hoarseness,1 case was transient hypoparathyroidism,and one case was incision bleeding,followed up for 5 months to 3 years,1 case was with low T3,T4.Conclusion Hyperthyroidism surgical operation treatment is the best method to reduce the complications,preoperative preparation,intraoperative meticulous standard operation and postoperative observation can increase the successful rate of operation.
