重症监护病房的基础护理效果观察

目的探讨重症监护病房的基础护理效果。方法本院重症监护病房2011年7～12月共收治危重患者191例,作为观察组,同时回顾分析2011年1～6月重症监护病房收治的危重患者178例,作为对照组。对照组患者给予常规的重症监护病房临床护理以及生命体征的监测,基础护理工作中的部分操作由护工协助护士完成。观察组患者的基础护理工作全部由经过强化培训的护士进行操作。结果观察组患者的基础护理质量合格率和患者及家属满意度均明显高于对照组患者（P〈0.05）,并且观察组患者的气管插管脱落、肺部感染、尿路感染以及皮肤改变等并发症的发生率明显低于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论加强重症监护病房的基础护理,可以有效地提高重症监护病房的基础护理质量,提高患者及家属的满意度,并减少患者并发症的发生,减轻患者的痛苦,值得在临床推广。

The effect of the basis nursing in ICU

Objective To investigate the effect of basis nursing in the intensive care unit nursing.Methods From July 2011 to December 2011,191 cases of critically ill patients were treated in intensive care unit of our hospital(observation group).The clinical data of 178 cases of critically ill patients treated in intensive care unit of our hospital during January 2011 to June 2011 were retrospectively analyzed(control group).Control group were treated with conventional ICU nursing,some basic nursing were completed with the help of Care Workers.The observation group’s basic nursing were all completed by intensive training nurses.Results The observation group had higher satisfaction of patients and better basic nursing than control group(P < 0.05).The observation group had lower complications such as racheal intubation loss,lung infections,urinary tract infections,and skin changes than control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the basis nursing in ICU can effectively improve the quality of the basis nursing in ICU and improve the satisfaction of patients,and reduce the complications and suffering of patients,it is worth in clinical practice.
