胺碘酮治疗重症室性心律失常的临床观察

目的探讨应用胺碘酮治疗重症室性心律失常的疗效及转归。方法选取1995年9月~2005年9月本院收治的60例重症室性心律失常患者，随机分为A、B两组，每组30例，A组患者注射胺碘酮，B组患者注射利多卡因，比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果经过1周治疗后，A组显效率为43．33％，有效率为50．00％，无效率为6．67％，总有效率为93．33％；B组显效率为26．67％，有效率为43．33％，无效率为30．00％，总有效率为70．00％；两组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论临床应用胺碘酮治疗重症室性心律失常起效快，效果好，疗效优于利多卡因。

Clinical observation of amiodarone in treatment of severe ventricular arrhythmia

Objective To discuss the curative effect and prognosis of amiodarone in treatment of severe ventricular arrhythmia through the clinical observation. Methods Sixty cases of severe ventricular arrhythmia patients from September 1995 to September 2005 in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into two groups of group A and group B, each group had 30 patients. Patients of group A were injected with amiodarone, while patients of group B were given lidocaine for injection. The clinical efficacy of two groups after the treatment were compared. Results After one week treatment, the significant efficacy rate of group A was 43.33%, efficacy rate was 50.00%, inefficiency rate was 6.67%, total effective rate was 93.33%; group B was 26.67%, 43.33%, 30.00%, 70.00%, respectively; the difference of total effective rate between two groups was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of amiodarone to treat severe ventricular arrhythmia has quicker and better clinical efficacy, is better than lidocaine.
