氟桂利嗪结合音乐疗法治疗偏头痛的临床体会

目的观察氟桂利嗪结合音乐疗法治疗偏头痛的近期临床疗效。方法回顾性分析本院68例偏头痛患者治疗的临床资料,按照随机原则分为治疗组（氟桂利嗪结合音乐疗法治疗组）和对照组（氟桂利嗪对照组）各34例,两组均治疗8周。对两组治疗前,治疗4、8周后进行VAS评分评定两组的疗效。结果两组经过8周治疗,与治疗前比较,VAS疼痛评分均明显下降（P〈0.05）,治疗组下降更为明显,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氟桂利嗪结合音乐疗法对偏头痛的治疗有很好的近期疗效,临床上值得推广。

The clinical experience of flunarizine combined with music therapy in treatment of migraine

Objective To observe the short-term clinical efficacy of flunarizine combination of music therapy on migraine.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 68 cases of migraine patients in our hospital,who were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 34) and control group(n = 34),the treatment group received the flunarizine combination of music treatment,while the control group was given the flunarizine treatment.Bouth two groups were cured 8 weeks.The VAS pain scores before treatment and after 4,8 weeks treatment of two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks treatment,compared with the before treatment,two groups of patients’ VAS pain scores decreased significantly(P < 0.05),the treatment group decreased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Flunarizine combined with music therapy in treatment of migraine has better short-term effect,and it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
