依诺肝素在主动脉球囊反搏术中的应用观察

目的观察分析依诺肝素在主动脉球囊反搏术（IABP）中的临床优势。方法选取本院2008年6月～2010年12月使用IABP的高危冠心病患者60例,将其随机分为对照组29例和治疗组31例,两组基础治疗相同。对照组除基础治疗外,给予持续静滴肝素800～1200IU/h,每4小时监测活化部分凝血酶时间（APTT）,调整肝素静滴速度,使APTT延长2倍,至拔除IABP。治疗组给予依诺肝素1mg/kg,皮下注射,每12小时1次,至拔除IABP。观察IABP治疗期间内死亡、出血及血栓发生情况。结果治疗组各型出血事件例数均较对照组减少（P〈0.05）,而死亡、栓塞例数两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论在IABP中使用依诺肝素较肝素安全有效。

Clinical evaluation of enoxaparine in intra-aortic balloon pump

Objective To observe the clinical value and security of enoxaparine in patients undergoing intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP).Methods Sixty patients with high-risk coronary artery disease (CAD) complicated by cardiogenic shock were selected and randomly divided into control group 29 cases and treatment group 31 cases.Besides the basic treatment,the control group were given heparin sodium 800-1 200 IU per hour continuously until ending of IABP.1 mg/kg enoxaparine was administrated to the treatment group subcutaneously every 12 hours until ending of IABP.Occurrences of adverse event were observed for using of IABP.Results Occurrences of angina in the treatment group were obviously less than that of the control group (P < 0.05).No obvious difference of death and thrombus was found in both groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Enoxaparine is a safe and effective treatment during IABP.
