解剖钢板治疗肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折86例疗效观察

目的探讨解剖钢板治疗肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的86例肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折患者,采用解剖钢板治疗方法,首先在臂丛麻醉下进行手法复位,然后进行切开复位解剖钢板内固定治疗,术后进行3～4周康复训练,并随访6～12个月。按Neer评分系统对患者恢复情况进行打分并评价疗效。结果患者解剖钢板治疗效果明显,疼痛、功能、肩关节活动范围及解剖复位各指标恢复正常,总体优良率达88%。结论解剖钢板治疗肩关节脱位合并肱骨大结节骨折患者临床表现优良,效果明显,值得临床推广运用。

Clinical observation of anatomical plate for treatment of shoulder dislocation with greater tuberosity fracture of 86 cases

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of anatomical plate in the treatment of shoulder dislocation with greater tuberosity fracture. Methods Eighty-six cases of shoulder dislocation with greater tuberosity fracture had received, applied anatomy of the plate for treatment of brachial plexus anesthesia manual reduction, and then proceed to open reduction and anatomic plate fixation for the treatment, after 3-4 weeks of rehabilitation training, and were followed up for 6-12 months. Scoring and evaluation of the efficacy of the Neer scoring system for patients recovery. Results The treatment of patients with anatomic plate obvious indicators of pain, function, shoulder range of activities and anatomical reduction returned to normal, the overall rate of 88%. Conclusion The anatomical plates treatment shoulder dislocation with greater tuberosity fracture excellent clinical performance, the effect is obvious, and is worthy of clinical use.
