老年粗隆间骨折的内固定方法分析

目的分析和比较两种内固定方法动力髋螺钉（dynamichipscrews，DHS）与防旋股骨近端髓内钉（proximalfemoralnailanti—rotation，PFNA）治疗老年患者粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾分析本院2007年7月～2011年7月诊治的股骨粗隆间骨折老年患者56例，分为两组，并比较术中和术后指标。结果DHS组优良率（71．4％）低于PFNA组优良率（96．4％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．G5）。结论对老年患者粗隆间骨折的治疗，DHS和PFNA两种内固定方法都有效。与动力髋螺钉内固定法相比，股骨近端髓内钉内固定法的损伤较小，更适于在临床推广。

The analysis of the internal fixation method treatment in older patients with intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To analyze and compare the clinical curative effects of the two internal fixation method DHS and PFNA therapy in patients with old intertrochanteric fracture.Methods Retrospective analyzed 56 cases of old patients with intertrochanteric fractures from July 2007 to July 2011,then divided into two groups,and compared the intraoperative and postoperative index.Results The excellent rate of DHS group(71.4%) was lower than the PFNA group(96.4%)(P < 0.05),and it had a statistical significance.Conclusion The old age patients are two kinds of internal fixation and method DHS and PFNA are effective,compare with the PFNA,the DHS method within the damage is smaller,more suitable for in clinical promotion.
