舌程化放疗同步治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌

目的探讨后程化放疗同步治疗Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌的疗效，进行临床分析。方法选择2010年6月～2012年6月本院诊治的58例Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者，随机将其分为对照组（序贯化放疗）和观察组（后程化同步放疗），每组各29例，对两组的近期疗效、远期疗效及毒副反应进行观察和比较。结果与对照组相比，观察组的总有效率，1年生存率、2年生存率及3年生存率均明显高于对照组，但是毒副反应也明显增多，P〈0．05，差异均有统计学意义。结论对于Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者，后程化放疗同步治疗的近期疗效显著，明显改善患者的远期生活质量，但是毒副反应相对增加。

Late course of radiotherapy and chemotherapy in treatment of non small cell lung cancer in stage

Objective To investigate and analyze the late course of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer. Methods From June 2010 to June 2012 in our hospital, 58 cases of stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into control group (sequential chemoradiotherapy) and observation group (late course of synchronous radiotherapy), 29 cases in each group, the short-term effect, long-term effect and toxicity reaction between two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the total efficiency in the observation group was higher, the 1 year survival rate, 2 years survival rate, and 3 years survival rates were significantly higher, but the toxicity also increased significantly, P < 0.05, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion For stage Ⅲ non-small cell lung cancer patients, late course of radiotherapy and chemotherapy has remarkable short-term effect, can significantly improve the patients’ life quality, but at the same time increase the toxicity reaction.
