| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年大便失禁患者的护理方法，改进老年大便失禁患者的护理措施。方法选择96例老年大便失禁患者，随机分为例数相等的观察组与对照组，观察组应用综合护理模式，对照组采用传统护理模式，对两组患者的排便频率及肛周皮肤保持干燥时间进行比较及统计学分析，观察组间是否存在差异。结果应用综合护理模式的观察组排便频率明显低于应用传统经验护理模式的对照组，且肛周皮肤保持干燥时间明显较长，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论综合护理模式应用于老年大便失禁患者，可显著提高患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the nursing interventions for elderly patients with fecal incontinence and improve the nursing course.Methods Ninety six elderly patients with fecal incontinence were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(48 cases) and the control group(48 cases).The observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing interventions while the control group was treated with traditional nursing interventions.The defecation frequency and retention time of perianal dryness were compared between the two groups by statistical analysis.Results After comprehensive nursing,the observation group showed lower defecation frequency than the control group,with longer retention time of perianal dryness;there was statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions has a significant efficacy on the life quality of aged patients with fecal incontinence,being worthy of further promotion. |
