| 摘 要： | 目的观察CT在急性胰腺炎的临床诊断中的应用价值及CT表现。方法收集2007年12月～2011年12月100例急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料及CT表现，分析其CT平扫及增强表现的差异，探讨CT对急性胰腺炎的诊断价值。结果急性水肿性胰腺炎共79例，急性出血坏死型胰腺炎共21例，并发假性囊肿5例、脓肿3例，合并胸腔积液12例、蜂窝组织炎9例，按Bahhazar标准分级：A级共2例，B级28例，C级49例，D级10例，E级11例。结论CT检查对急性胰腺炎不仅能提供正确的诊断，还能为有无并发症、判断预后提供依据，应将CT检查作为诊断急性胰腺炎的首选方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the diagnosis value of CT in acute pancreatitis and its CT findings.Methods From December 2007 to December 2011,the clinical data and CT scan and enhance for 100 patients with acute pancreatitis were analyzed,and explored the diagnosis value of CT in acute pancreatitis.Results There were 79 cases acute pancreatitis,21 cases were acute hemorrhagic necrotizing pancreatitis,5 cases were pseudocysts,3 cases were abscess,12 cases were pleural effusion,9 cases were cellulitis,Balthazar standard grade:2 cases of class A,28 cases of class B,49 cases of class C,10 cases of class D,11 cases of class E.Conclusion CT can not only provide the correct diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,but also provide guiding for with or without complications and prognosis,CT scan should be one of the preferred method for diagnosis of acute pancreatitis. |
