新型颅内血肿引流装置治疗高血压性脑出血应用分析

摘    要:目的分析通过使用新型颅内血肿引流装置进行适时颅内血肿微创穿刺手术治疗高血压性脑出血的治疗效果。方法随机抽取2010年10月~2011年5月患高血压性脑出血的患者89例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组43例患者,进行保守治疗;治疗组46例患者,利用新型颅内血肿引流装置进行微创治疗。对于两组患者的治疗效果进行记录并且分析比较。结果对照组中患者治疗的总有效率为65.12%,治疗组中患者治疗的总有效率为86.96%,相对于对照组。治疗组中的患者在治疗后的显效率、有效率、总有效率均更高。结论对高血压性脑出血患者通过使用新型颅内血肿引流装置进行适时颅内血肿微创穿刺手术治疗,相对于常规手术治疗有更积极的临床意义,值得推广。

Application analysis of new type of intracranial hematoma drainage system in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

Abstract:Objective To analysis the curative effect of timely intracranial hematoma puncture of minimally invasive surgery with new type of intracranial hematoma drainage system in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods Eighty-nine hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients were chosen randomly from October 2010 to May 2011, and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 43 patients of control group were treated by conservative treatment and 46 patients of treatment group were treated by minimally invasive treatment with new type of intracranial hematoma drainage system. The treatment effects of two groups were recorded and analyzed. Results the total effective rate of control group was 65.12%, and the treatment group was 86.96%, the markedly effective rate, effective rate and total effective rate of treatment group were higher than that of control group. Conclusion It has more positive clinical significance for timely intracranial hematoma puncture of minimally invasive surgery treating patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage through new type of intracranial hematoma drainage system than that of conventional surgical treatment, it is worthy to be popularized.
