民营医疗机构卫生监督对策和模式转变

笔者通过分析近年来深圳市福田区卫生监督部门卫生执法的措施、成效和困难，研讨民营医疗机构卫生监管现状和存在的问题，结合辖区实际提出卫生监督对策。民营医疗机构存在的问题较为复杂，规范医疗机构行为、有效打击违法行医，需要完善卫生监督机制，改变现有卫生监督方法，探索新的监管模式。卫生监督部门应以多种手段、多部门联动相结合，强化卫生执法效能，促进卫生监督工作提高质量绩效，确保医疗服务市场的正常秩序。
