| 摘 要： | 目的探讨外伤患者院前伤情评估及急救护理体会。方法对2011年5月～2012年1月收治的180例外伤患者进行院前急救及护理,观察患者疗效。结果 180例患者经积极的院前急救后,有164例院前抢救成功,16例抢救无效现场死亡。结论做好外伤患者伤情的及时准确评估,并进行科学、有效的院前急救护理,是外伤患者抢救成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the trauma patients with prehospital severity assessment and emergency nursing experience.Methods A total of 180 cases traumatic patients from May 2011 to January 2012,with prehospital first aid and care,observation of curative effects of the patients.Results One hundred and eighty cases of patients with a positive prehospital emergency,there were 164 cases of pre-hospital emergency rescue successful,16 cases of rescue invalid death scene.Conclusion Good trauma injury severity in patients with timely and accurate assessment,and scientifically,the effective prehospital emergency care of trauma patients,is the key of the successful rescue. |
