| 摘 要： | 目的考察糖尿病患者静脉滴注能量合剂加用胰岛素时的稳定性。方法通过对照实验观察其配伍前后澄明度、pH值、微粒数的变化。结果能量合剂配伍前后的输液微粒、pH、澄明度和颜色均有显著改变，并随光照、温度和存放时间等因素的不同发生较大变化。结论临床常用能量合剂需在调配后2h内使用，且不宜配伍胰岛素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the stability of energy mixture added with insulin intravenous dripped in diabetic patients.Methods Through the contrast experimental,before and after the composition of clear,pH value,the number of particles changed was observed.Results The energy mixture particle before and after the compatibility of infusion particles,pH,clear degree and color were significantly change,and with the light,temperature and the storage time of the factors such as different in great changed.Conclusion The clinical energy mixture must be used within two hours after deployed,and should not be mixed with insulin. |
