腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术的近期临床疗效观察

目的探讨腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术的实际临床疗效。方法本院2008年3月～2011年9月收治结肠癌患者34例。将所有患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各17例。治疗组行腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术治疗，对照组行常规开腹手术治疗。观察两组患者实际临床症状改善情况，详细统计两组患者平均出血量、肛门排气时间、离床活动时间、平均住院时间、应用止痛药等方面情况，比较两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组17例患者手术时间为（200．00±29．36）min，肛门排气时间为（2．10±0．39）d，术中出血量为（100．00±11．23）mL，术后24h引流量为（60．00±10．30）mL，平均住院时间为（10．30±2．10）d；对照组手术时间为（147．70±15．95）min，肛门排气时间为（200．00±10．29）d，术中出血量为（3．20±0．24）mL，术后24h引流量为（100．00±11．50）mL，平均住院时间为（16．58±2．00）d。治疗组住院时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间及术后24h引流量均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而手术时间方面两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论腹腔镜下结肠癌根治术实际临床疗效显著．日安伞、创伤小、恢复快．

Observation on short-term clinical efficacy of laparoscopic colon cancer surgery

Objective To investigate the actual clinical efficacy of laparoscopic colon cancer surgery.Methods From March 2008 to September 2011,34 cases of colon cancer patients were treated in our hospital,all patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,17 cases in each group.The treatment group underwent laparoscopic colon cancer surgery treatment while the control group underwent conventional open surgery.Actual clinical symptoms of patients were observed,the average amount of bleeding,flatus,time out of bed,the average hospitalization time,the application painkillers of patients in two groups were detailedly observed,efficacy of two groups were compared.Results In treatment group,the operation time of 17 patients was(200.00±29.36) min,the anus exhaust time was(2.10±0.39) d,intraoperative blood loss was(100.00±11.23) mL,the drainage volume in postoperative 24 h was(60.00±10.30) mL,the average length of stay was(10.30±2.10) d.In the control group,operation time was(147.70±15.95) min,the anus exhaust time was(200.00±10.29) d,intraoperative blood loss was(3.20±0.24) mL,the drainage volume in postoperative 24 h was(100.00±11.50) mL,the average length of stay was(16.58±2.00) d.The hospitalization time,blood loss,postoperative exhaust time and the drainage volume in postoperative 24 h of treatment group were all better than the control group,there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in surgical time between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion The actual clinical efficacy of laparoscopic colon cancer surgery is good,secure,with little trauma and quick recovery.
