阿托伐他汀在脑梗死患者中的治疗效果观察

目的探讨阿托伐他汀在脑梗死患者中的治疗效果。方法选取本院2009年10月～2011年10月收治的脑梗死患者114例，随机分为两组，采用常规治疗患者57例为对照组，在常规治疗基础上联合阿托伐他汀（20mg／次，1次／d．口服14d）治疗患者57例为观察组，治疗疗程为2周，比较两组患者治疗后的临床指标和神经功能缺损程度评分。结果观察组超敏C反应蛋白水平、基质金属蛋白酶-9水平、神经功能缺损程度评分、复发率均明显低于对照组，观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿托伐他汀用于治疗脑梗死的临床疗效显著，不仅可以减轻患者体内的炎症反应和改善患者的动脉粥样硬化状况，还能改善患者的神经功能，值得临床推广使用。、

Effect observation on atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with cerebral infarction were selected in the hospital from October 2009 to October 2011, who were randomly divided into two groups. Fifty-seven patients used conventional treatment as the control group. On the basis of routine treatment, 57 patients used atorvastatin (20 mg/time, 1 time/d, oral 14 d) in the treatment as the observation group. Course of treatment was two weeks. Clinical indicators and the scores of neurological deficit were compared between two groups after treatment. Results Hypersensitive C reactive protein levels, levels of matrix metalloproteinase-9, the scores of neurological deficit, recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin in the treatment for patients with cerebral infarction has obvious curative effect, which not only can reduce inflammation in the body and improve atherosclerotic condition of patients, but also can improve the neurological function. That is worthy of clinical use.
