肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白及超敏C-反应蛋白联合检测对手足口病患儿心肌损害的临床意义

目的探索肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白及超敏C-反应蛋白联合检测对手足口病患儿心肌损害的临床意义。方法选取本院2011年6月～2011年12月期间诊治的105例手足口病患儿，全部纳入观察组；另随机选取同期门诊健康体检儿童60例，纳入对照组；观察组和对照组均开展肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK—MB）、肌钙蛋白（cT—nI）及超敏C-反应蛋白（hs—CRP）等指标的水平检测。结果观察组患儿心肌损害率为47．62％，对照组为6．67％，两组比较观察组显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）；观察组患儿的CK、CK—MB、cTnI及hs—CRP检测水平均明显高于健康对照组儿童（P均〈0．01）。结论在对手足口病患儿开展早期诊治时，应紧密结合心肌酶、肌钙蛋白、C-反应蛋白等临床检测指标结果．早期诊断手足口病小儿是否发生心肌损坏，以及早采取治疗措施。

Clinical significance of joint detection of creatine kinase isoenzymes, troponin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein on myocardial damage in children with hand foot and mouth disease

Objective To observe the clinical significance of joint detection of creatine kinase isoenzymes,troponin and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein on myocardial damage in children with hand foot and mouth disease.Methods One hundred and five children with hand foot and mouth disease treated in our hospital from June 2011 to December 2011 were selected and all incorporated into the observation group.And 60 children with outpatient health physical examination of the corresponding period were chosen randomly and incorporated into the control group.The observation group and the control group all detected the index level of creatine kinase isoenzymes,troponin and C-reactive protein,etc.Results The myocardial damage rate of the observation group was 47.62%,as for the control group,the myocardial damage rate was 6.67%.By comparison,the observation group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.01).The detection level of creatine kinase isoenzymes,troponin and C-reactive protein in children of the observation group were higher obviously than the control group of healthy children(P < 0.01).Conclusion In early diagnosis and treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease,the detection of clinical indexes of creatine kinase isoenzymes,troponin and C-reactive protein should be combined,and diagnose whether the patients with hand foot and mouth disease occur myocardial damage to take early treatment measures.
