| 摘 要： | 目的分析2型糖尿病(DM)合并非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的危险因素。方法选取2型DM合并NAFLD患者122例(DFL组),同时选取单纯2型DM患者150例为对照组。记录患者年龄、身体质量指数(BMI)、DM病程和血尿酸(SUA)检测结果。比较两组患者相关参数的差异。结果 DFL组患者年龄和DM病程显著小于对照组,BMI和SUA显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。年龄、DM病程、BMI和SUA进入回归模型,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中BMI是其独立危险因素。结论年龄、DM病程、BMI、SUA与2型DM合并NAFLD发生密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze risk factor of type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM) complicated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients with type 2 DM complicated with NAFLD(DFL group) and 150 patients with type 2 DM(control group) were selected.Age,BMI,DM course,and SUA were recorded.The factors were compared between the groups.Results Compared with control group,the age and DM course of DFL group were lower(P < 0.05),BMI and SUA were higher(P < 0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age,DM course,BMI and SUA were the main risk factors of type 2 DM complicated with NAFLD,BMI was independent risk factor.Conclusion The age,DM course,BMI and SUA are closely related to type 2 DM complicated with NAFLD. |
