早期康复干预治疗对病毒性脑炎患儿智能及运动功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨早期康复干预对病毒性脑炎患儿智能及运动功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2007年7月~2009年7月收治的70例损伤后72h内病毒性脑炎患儿临床资料,按照患者治疗方式分为治疗组(38例)及对照组(32例),对照组进行常规药物治疗,治疗组患儿进行早期康复干预,应用Fugl-Meyer(FMA)运动功能评分量表对患者进行运动功能评价,同时应用SAB评定量表操作手册对患儿智能及适应能力进行评价。结果治疗组患儿FMA及SAB各因子评分均高于对照组,两组患儿比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论对病毒性脑炎患儿进行系统性早期康复干预,对促进患儿运动功能及智能恢复有重要意义,值得在临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the impact of early rehabilitation intervention on viral encephalitis in children with mental and motor function.Methods The clinical materials of the viral encephalitis children within 72 hours after the injuries in our hospital from July 2007 to July 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into treatment group(38 cases) and control group(32 cases),The control group were given conventional drug therapy,while the children of treatment group were given early rehabilitation intervention,the Fugl-Meyer(FMA) rating scale of motor function was used to evaluate the motor functions of the patients,meanwhile,the SAB rating scale operating manual was used to evaluate the intelligence and adaptability.Results FMA and SAB factor scores of children in treatment group were higher than those in the control group,two groups of children the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Systematic early rehabilitation intervention for children with viral encephalitis is important for the promotion of motor function and smart recovery,it is worthy of clinical application.
