急性中毒患者院前急救中的护理问题探讨

目的本文试对中毒患者院前急救中护理工作的要求进行分析,以便对院前急救工作提供借鉴。方法分析本院急诊科2004年1月～2010年12月接诊急性中毒的患者资料,并研究同期文献中所提及的对各种急性中毒的急救措施,来制定具体护理措施。结果院前急救过程中无患者死亡,大部分患者在急诊治疗,少数患者入院。结论各种中毒患者中毒原理不同,表现各异,潜伏期亦有不同,关键在于早期诊断,初期处理,而护理工作要采取有针对性的措施,可减少致死致残的可能,有效提高院前中毒救治的成功率。

Nursing problem study of pre-hospital first aid of patients with acute poisoning

Objective To analyze the nursing work requirements of pre-hospital first aid of poisoning patients,in order to provide reference for pre-hospital first aid work.Methods The clinical data of acute poisoning patients accepted in emergency department of our hospital from January 2004 to December 2010 were analyzed,the emergency measures of various acute poisoning mentioned in literatures in the same period were researched and specific nursing measures were formulated.Results There was no patient died in the process of pre-hospital first aid,the majority of patients were given emergency treatment,the minority of patients were given hospitalization treatment.Conclusion There are different poisoning principles,performances and incubations among various poisoning patients,early diagnosis and pretreatment are the key to the treatment,taking the pointed measures of nursing service can reduce the possible of death and cripple,which can enhance the success rate of pre-hospital poisoning treatment.
