腹腔镜联合中西药治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效观察

目的探讨腹腔镜联合中西药治疗子宫内膜异位症（EM）的临床效果。方法将EM腹腔镜手术后的126例患者随机分为两组,对照组63例患者采用西药治疗,观察组63例患者采用中西医结合治疗。结果观察组总有效率为96.83%,对照组为77.78%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组复发率为7.94%,对照组为17.46%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的妊娠率为54.17%,对照组为33.33%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜联合中西药治疗EM疗效好、安全可靠、妊娠率高、复发率低、副作用少。

Observation of the efficacy of laparoscopy combined with Chinese and Western medicine treatment for endometriosis

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the laparoscopy combined with Chinese and Western medicine treatment for the endometriosis(EM).Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with endometriosis treated by the laparoscopy were randomly divided into two groups,63 patients in the control group were treated by the Western medicine,and 63 patients in the observation group were treated by the Chinese and Western medicine.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.83%,and the control group was 77.78%,there was statistical difference between two groups(P < 0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 7.94%,the control group was 17.46 %,there was statistical difference between two groups(P < 0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 54.17%,the control group was 33.33%,there was statistical difference between two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with Chinese and Western medicine treatment for EM is effective,safe and reliable,with high pregnancy rate,low recurrence rate and less side effects.
