妊娠期尖锐湿疣64例临床分析

目的探讨妊娠期尖锐湿疣的皮损特征及治疗预后。方法针对本院皮肤科接诊的64例妊娠期尖锐湿疣患者，经醋酸发白试验予以确认，进行皮损分析，并选择激光、高频电离子或冷冻疗法配合中药给予相应的治疗。结果皮损呈灰白色、鲜红色或污秽状，如菜花、鸡冠或爆米花等不同形状；均具典型的尖锐湿疣特征，分布广泛；18例患者合并子宫颈糜烂，23例患者合并霉菌性或滴虫性阴道炎，4例患者支原体或衣原体检查结果阳性；所有患者检测均无梅毒、淋病和HIV感染。结果显示，治愈47例（占73．44％），显效12例（占18．75％），无效5例（占7．81％）。治疗过程中及结束时患者耐受性较好，均无不良反应发生。结论妊娠期尖锐湿疣皮损严重，发展迅速。虽不会直接造成胎儿发育异常，但可以给孕妇妊娠带来不同程度的心理和生理上的负面影响。及时采取安全有效的干预治疗措施，是明智的选择，且能取得良好效果。

Clinical analysis of 64 patients with condyloma acuminatum in pregnancy

Objective To investigate the skin lesions characteristics and treatment prognosis of condyloma acuminatum in pregnancy. Methods Aiming at the department of dermatology in our hospital received 64 cases of condyloma acuminatum in pregnancies, who were confirmed by the acetic acid white experiment, their skin lesion were analyzed, and were given the selection of laser, high frequency electric ion or cryotherapy combined with traditional chinese medicine for the corresponding treatment. Results The skin lesions was grayish white, bright red or pollution, such as cauliflower, comb or popcorn shapes; with the typical characteristics of condyloma acuminata, the skin lesions distributed widely; there were 18 patients combined with cervical erosion, 23 patients combined with mycotic or trichomonas vaginitis, 4 patients had positive screening results of mycoplasma or chlamydia; all the patients were free of syphilis, gonorrhea and HIV infection. The results showed that 47 cases of patients were cured(accounted for 73.44%), 12 cases of patients were excellent(accounted for 18.75%), invalid in 5 cases of patients (accounted for 7.81%). The patients’ tolerance preferably among the treatment process and the end of treatment, there was no adverse reaction. Conclusion Condyloma acuminatum in pregnancy with severe skin lesions and development rapidly. Although not directly caused abnormal development of fetus in pregnant women with pregnancy, but it can bring about different levels of negative effects in psychological and physiological to gravida. Take safe and effective therapeutic intervention measures timely is a wise choice, and can obtain a good effect.
