临床检验中不合格血液标本的原因分析

目的探讨临床检验中不合格血液标本的影响原因及相应的防范措施。方法采集950份本院住院患者的各血液标本作为研究对象,对标本中溶血、脂血、凝血等情况及时处理并分析原因。结果对950份血液标本进行总体分析,其中含血清标本650份、血浆标本220份、全血标本80份,不合格标本60份,占标本总数的6.31%;经过分析,不合格标本主要由5种原因造成,分别为溶血10例（16.67%）、凝固5例（8.33%）、抗凝剂错用20例（33.33%）、量的误差18例（30.00%）及其他7例（11.67%）。结论分析临床检验中不合格血液标本的原因,并采取相应的预防措施,对于临床血液检验具有十分重要的意义。

Cause analysis about unqualified blood samples on clinical inspection

Objective To explore the cause and corresponding preventive measures of unqualified blood samples in clinical laboratory. Methods Nine hundred and fifty blood samples of patients in our hospital were collected as research subject, all samples were processed and analyzed whether they were with or without hemolysis, lipemia, coagulation. Results In the overall analysis of 950 blood samples, there were 650 serum samples, 220 plasma samples, whole blood samples of 80, failed 60, accounting for 6.31% of the sample. After analysis, the unsatisfactory samples were mainly caused by the five kinds of reasons, namely, hemolysis in 10 cases (16.67%), 5 cases (8.33%) coagulation and anticoagulant wrong with 20 cases (33.33%), the amount of error in 18 cases (30.00%) and the other causes of seven (11.67%). Conclusion Analyzing the cause of the incompetent blood samples and taking appropriate preventive measures has great significance for clinical blood tests.
