院前急性脑血管病并发脑心综合征的探讨

目的探讨院前急救中脑心综合征在急性脑血管病中的发病率，早期检测和预防治疗，从而提高急性脑血管病的疗效。方法对96例回访明确的急性脑血管病患者进行心电图检查，并对其临床资料进行分析。结果急性脑血管病并发脑心综合征的发生率达61．5％，脑心综合征的发病率与脑血管病的类型及GCS评分有关，心电图表现提示脑心综合征对心脏的影响存在差异性。结论急性脑血管病并发脑心综合征发生率较高，院前急救检查手段虽具有局限性，但积极给予脑心综合征的急性脑血管病患者干预治疗，对于患者入院进一步治疗及预后有一定意义。

Discussion on prehospital acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome

Objective To discuss the incidence,early detection and prevention treatment of cerebrocardiac syndrome of prehospital first aid in acute cerebrovascular disease,so as to improve the therapeutic effect of acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods Ninety six patients of acute cerebrovascular disease with definite return visit were detected by ECG,the clinical data was analyzed.Results The incidence of acute cerebrovascular disease complicated with cerebrocardiac syndrome was 61.5%.The incidence of cerebrocardiac syndrome was concerned with the type of cerebrovascular disease and GCS scores.The ECG findings indicated that there were differences of the impact of cerebrocardiac syndrome on heart.Conclusion The incidence of acute cerebrovascular disease complicated by cerebrocardiac syndrome is superior.Although the inspection method in prehospital first aid has limitations,it still makes some sense for further treatment and prognosis after admission by giving intervention treatment of cerebrocardiac syndrome for the patients with acute cerebrovascular disease positively.
