阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷与血栓通治疗大面积脑梗死的疗效比较

目的探讨阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗大面积脑梗死的临床疗效，并与血栓通的疗效进行比较。方法将本院2007年1月～2011年12月收治的60例大面积脑梗死患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例采用口服阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷进行治疗，对照组30例采用静脉滴注血栓通治疗。3个月后按照神经功能缺损程度评分，观察并分析疗效。结果治疗组痊愈9例，显著进步17例，进步3例，总有效率为96．7％；对照组痊愈3例，显著进步15例，进步7例，总有效率为83。3％。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗大面积脑梗死疗效确切，值得临床推广。

Effect comparison of aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate and Xueshuantong on patients with large area cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate on patients with large area cerebral infarction, and to compare the efficacy of Xueshuantong. Methods Sixty cases of patients with large area cerebral infarction selected from January 2007 to December 2011 were divided into two groups. The treatment group 30 cases were given aspirin and clopidogrel bisulfate orally, the control group were given intravenous drip Xueshuantong. Three months later, the efficacy of two groups were observed and analyzed in accordance with the degree of neurological deficits score. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%, and the control group was 83.3%. Two groups of curative effect had significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion The effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate on patients with large area cerebral infarction has definite effect.
