阿仑膦酸钠联合碳酸钙D3治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症疗效分析

目的观察阿仑膦酸钠（ALN）联合碳酸钙D3与单独使用碳酸钙D3治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松（DOP）的临床疗效与安全性。方法对46例DOP患者的临床病例资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各23例,治疗组采用阿仑膦酸钠联合碳酸钙D3治疗,对照组单独使用碳酸钙D3治疗,比较两组治疗前后前臂远端骨密度（BMD）值。结果两组患者BMD值均有所增加,与治疗前比较改善差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;而治疗组BMD值增加更为明显,与对照组相比,差异亦具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 ALN联合碳酸钙D3治疗DOP,患者BMD值增加更快,疼痛等症状改善明显,效果优于碳酸钙D3的单独使用。

Efficacy analysis of alendronate sodium combined with calcium carbonate D3 in the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of alendronate sodium(ALN) combined with calcium carbonate D3 and single use of calcium carbonate D3 in the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis(DOP).Methods The clinical data of 46 cases of DOP patients were analyzed retrospectively,who were divided into treatment group and control group,23 cases in each group.The treatmnet group was given alendronate sodium(ALN) combined with calcium carbonate D3,control group was given calcium carbonate D3 only,the distal forearm BMD values were compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results After treatment,the BMD values of the two groups all increased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group,the BMD values of the treatment group increased more obviously,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion ALN combined with calcium carbonate D3 in the treatment of DOP can make BMD value increase faster and symptoms of pain and others improve significantly,its effect is better than single use of calcium carbonate D3.
