彩色多普勒超声诊断小乳腺癌与乳腺增生的价值研究

摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对小乳腺癌与乳腺增生的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析本院经手术及病理确诊的小乳腺癌患者15例及乳腺增生患者49例的临床资料,比较两组患者的2D声像图病灶形态特征、血流分级及血流动力学特征。结果小乳腺癌患者2D声像图病灶形态特征与乳腺增生患者比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);SPV—max及RI较高,且血流分级以Ⅱ、Ⅲ级为主(P〈0.01)。结论彩色多普勒超声检查可以根据病灶形态及血流信号特征对乳腺疾病进行有效的鉴别诊断,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in small breast cancer and proliferation of mammary gland. Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with small breast cancer and 49 patients with proliferation of mammary gland who were made definite diagnosis by surgery and pathology in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. The 2D sonogram lesions morphological characteristics, grade of blood flow, hemodynamic characteristics between patients of the two groups were compared. Results The 2D sonogram lesions morphological characteristics of patients with small breast cancer were significantly different from the patients with proliferation of mammary gland (P < 0.01); the values of SPVmax and RI were higher, and there was a predominance of Ⅱ and Ⅲ grades patients in grade of blood flow (P < 0.01). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can make differential diagnosis of breast lesions effectively according to lesions characteristics and blood flow signal characteristics, which has high value of clinical application.
