老年外科急腹症62例诊治体会

目的了解和掌握老年急腹症的诊治特点。方法对外科收治的62例65岁以上老年人急腹症患者的资料进行回顾性总结和分析。结果62例老年急腹症患者中，手术治疗48例（77．4％），非手术治疗14例（22．6％），治愈53例（85．5％），死亡4例，死亡率为6．5％。结论老年急腹症症状不典型、变化快、并发症多，临床医生要仔细观察病情变化。正确把握治疗原则，是提高老年急腹症诊疗效果的重要手段。

The examination of clinical diagnosis and treatment of 62 cases elderly patients with acute abdomen

Objective To research the clinical features and treatment of elderly patients with acute abdomen.Methods Collected the clinical data of 62 cases of elderly patients with acute abdomen,and analyzed the clinical performance,diagnosis and treatment.Results Fourty eight cases(77.4%) of elderly patients treated with surgical treatment,14 cases(22.6%) of patients underwent conservative treatment.53 cases(85.5%) were cured,4 cases were died,the rate of death was 6.5%.Conclusion The acute abdominal pain in elderly is with less symptom,fast progress,and co-existed disease.It is important to examine and observe carefully for therapy in time.
