经肱三头肌两侧入路治疗成人肱骨远端粉碎骨折

目的探讨经肱三头肌两侧入路治疗成人肱骨远端粉碎骨折的治疗效果。方法 2004年4月～2010年8月,采用经肱三头肌两侧入路,Y形钢板或双钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨远端粉碎骨折31例。结果随访1～2.5年,平均1.6年,按Aitken和Rorabeek标准进行功能评定,优18例,良8例,可5例,差0例,优良率为83.9%。结论经肱三头肌侧方入路,应用Y形钢板或双钢板内固定,治疗肱骨远端骨折粉碎骨折,具有创伤小、固定坚强可靠等优越性,利于肘关节早期功能锻炼。

Treatment of adult distal humeral crushing fracture through the both sides of musculus triceps brachii

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of adult distal humeral crushing fracture through the both sides of musculus triceps brachii.Methods Thirty one cases of adult distal humeral crushing fracture from April 2004 to August 2010 were given the treatment of the fixation of "Y"-shaped pattern plate or bilateral plate through the both sides of mus culus triceps brachii.Results The followed-up time were 1-2.5 years,the average was 1.6 years.The functional evaluation was done according to Aitken and Rorabeek standard,excellent in 18 cases,good in 8 cases,acceptable in 5 cases and bad in 0 case.The excellent and good rate was 83.9%.Conclusion The application of "Y"-shaped pattern plate or bilateral plate fixation to treat distal humeral crushing fracture through the both sides of musculus triceps brachii has the superi ority of small trauma,fixed strong and reliable,and is benefit for the early functional exercise of elbow.
