摘    要:目的 探讨舒适护理在老年性白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术围手术期的应用.方法 选择2011年1月~2012年6月收治的150例老年性白内障患者,按入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各75例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用舒适护理.观察两组患者术后感染、一过性眼压增高、视网膜脱离、晶体移位术后并发症发生率及患者对护理工作的满意度等指标.结果 观察组术后感染、一过性眼压增高、视网膜脱离、晶体移位术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,而对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 在老年性白内障超声乳化人工晶体植入术围手术期实施舒适护理,可明显提高护理质量,减少并发症,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in the perioperative period of phaco- emulsification in senile cataract. Methods 150 cases of senile cataract patients were included in the study. According to the order of admission, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (n=75 cases). The control group was given normal nursing. The observation group was given comfort nursing and normal nursing. All clini- cal parameters were observed and analyzed including the postoperative infection, a transient increased intraocular pres- sure, retinal detachment, crystal shift and patient satisfaction. Results The postoperative infection, a transient increased intraocular pressure, retinal detachment and crystal shift of observation group were significantly lower than that of con- trol group, while the patient satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P〈0. 05). Conclu- sion Comfortable nursing applied to the perioperative period of phacoemulsification in senile cataract can significantly im- prove the quality of care and reduce complications.
