运动员心理应激及其中介因素的研究

目的了解运动员心理应激、心理中介因素与心理健康之间的关系。方法以378名运动员为研究对象,采用运动员心理应激量表”等心理量表进行调查研究。结果研究发现:(1)运动员比较突出的心理应激因素有“比赛失利”、“内外压力”及“人际关系”;心理应激因素与运动员心理健康水平密切相关。(2)心理应激、心理中介变量及心理反应存在着不同程度的性别差异。结论当运动员面临应激情境时,积极有效的应对策略、良好的个性特征、内部心理控制倾向性以及充分利用社会资源所提供的支持,都能够减轻应激事件的冲击,缓解心理压力,保持良好的心理状态。

Astudy on psychological stress and mediation factors in athletes

Objective To study the relationship of psychological,mediator factor and psychological health of athlete.Method 378 athletes were studied with psychological stressful scale of athlete and other scales.Result There were found: Many researched variables of psychological stress and mediation factors were higher degree correlation with the factors of SCL 90, in which the major affected factors were defeat in competition,pressure of inner and outer, interpersonal relationship,neuroticism,question solving coping style,help seeking coping style,utilizing social support. There were significant differences for some study psychological factors between male and female athletes. Conclusion The findings implied that in the work of psychological health of athletes, it is important to lessen the pressure, training good personality, instruct them in positive coping styles to deal with difficulties and strengthen their social support system.
