| 摘 要： | 目的 了解抑郁症患者的求医行为及影响因素。方法 对抑郁症患者及陪护人进行问卷调查。结果 求医首诊机构的选择与疾病特点及对疾病的认识有关，患者年龄及陪护人的文化程度与求医方式有关，求医行为延误时间与患者的年龄、文化程度有关。结论 影响抑郁症求医行为的主要因素为症状特点及陪护人的文化程度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the behavior of seeing doctor of depressive patients and the factor of influence. Methods We investigate the depressive patients and their family members with quesgionaire. Results The choice of first hospital relates to the charactoristic and the learning about the disease. The age the of patients and educated degree of their family members relate to the way of seeing a doctor. Deplaying time of seeing a doctor relates to the age of patients and his educated level. Conclusion For depressive patients,the presence of predominant symptoms and educational attainment of family members make the behavior of seeing doctor. |
