杨梅素滴丸和杨梅素分散片的抗血栓作用对比

摘    要:目的]观察并比较杨梅素滴丸与杨梅素分散片的抗血栓作用。方法]用毛细玻璃管法观察对小鼠凝血时间的影响;用ADP诱导小鼠急性肺栓塞方法,观察其抗血栓作用。结果]在对小鼠凝血时间的影响实验中,第一批实验结果显示,杨梅素滴丸大剂量组有效(P〈0.01),小剂量作用不明显,而杨梅素分散片大小剂量组均能明显延长凝血时间(P〈0.05):第二批增加剂量的重复实验中,杨梅素滴丸及杨梅素分散片大小剂量组均能明显延长凝血时间(P〈0.01)。在抗ADP诱导小鼠急性肺栓塞的第一批实验中,杨梅素滴丸及杨梅素分散片大小剂量组未能明显缩短小鼠急性肺栓塞时间;第二批增加剂量的重复实验中,杨梅素滴丸小剂量组及杨梅素分散片大小剂量组均能明显缩短小鼠急性肺栓塞时间(P〈0.01)。结论]综合两批实验结果看,杨梅素分散片的抗凝血及抗急性肺栓塞的效果比滴丸稍强一些。

Abstract:Objective] To observe and compare the antithrombotic effects of myricetin dispersible tablets and myricetin dripping pills.Methods]The effects on coagulation time in mice were observed by capillary glass tube method and the antithrombotic effects were observed by acute pulmonary embolism model induced by ADP.Results: The first experiment group showed that large dosage of myricetin dripping pills had curative effect(P<0.01) and small dosage of myricetin dripping pills did not have.But the myricetin dispersible tablets could significantly prolong the coagulation time both in large and small dosage(P<0.05).The second repeating experiment group added more dosage showed that both myricetin dispersible tablets and myricetin dripping pills could significantly prolong the coagulation time in mice(P<0.01).In the first experiment group,neither myricetin dispersible tablets nor myricetin dripping pills could decrease the time of respiratory distress due to pulmonary thrombosis in mice induced by ADP in large or small dosage.But in the second repeating experiment group added more dosage showed that both of them could decrease the time of respiratory distress in mice(P<0.01).Conclusion] Myricetin dispersible tablets have higher anticoagulability and antithrombotic activity than those of myricetin dripping pills.
