日胃动脉分色透明标本的制作

目的　为胃部解剖学教学提供直观清晰的动脉血管标本 ,并为临床胃部手术提供参考。方法　应用含有红、蓝、绿、黑、黄 5种颜色的过氯乙烯填充剂 ,分别灌注胃左、胃右、胃短、胃网膜左和胃网膜右动脉。结果　胃左动脉灌注呈红色 ,胃右动脉灌注呈蓝色 ,胃短动脉灌注呈绿色 ,胃网膜左动脉灌注呈黑色 ,胃网膜右动脉灌注呈黄色。结论　胃部 5支动脉血管分布显示清晰

Preparation of different colored transparent specimen of gastric arteries

Objective To provide visual aid of arterial specimen for anatomic teaching of stomach and reference for clinical gastric operation.Methods The left,right and short gastric arteries,and the left and right gastro epiploic arteries were perfused respectively with red,blue,green,black and yellow perchlorate vinyl filling solution.Results The colour of the left gastric artery turned red while the right one was blue and the short ones were green.The left gastro epiploic artery became black while the right one was yellow.Conclusion With this method,the distribution of gastric arteries were distinctly demonstrated.
